Welcome to the Conductor phase! You have the skills, a basic knowledge of habits, already started making lasting lifestyle changes and can put it all to use while you continue learning more advanced skills and methods. This phase is all about taking control of your life and orchestrating your actions towards your desired outcome.

As a Conductor, you're able to juggle multiple priorities and see the bigger picture. You have a clear vision for your future, and you're willing to work hard to achieve it. You're also able to adapt to unexpected situations and pivot when necessary. It's important to maintain balance and prioritize self-care. It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget about your own needs.

But don't worry, we're here to help you stay on track and create sustainable habits that support your goals. As a Conductor, you're in charge of your life's symphony, and we're here to help you make beautiful music.

CHALLENGES YOU MIGHT FACE

When you’re finally in a good routine and on a roll it can be challenging to make changes and adapt to the normal things life throws at us. Here are some of the challenges you’re likely to face in the conductor phase.

FEAR OF LOSING CONTROL - You may still face challenges such as fear of losing control and slipping back into old habits. It can be difficult to maintain your progress and commitment when life gets in the way.

RECOMMITTING - Being a Conductor is all about pushing forward and picking up where you left off. Expect that normal day-to-day life will interfere with your routine and you’ll have to practice restarting every time you stop.

STILL LEARNING - You may encounter more advanced concepts and ideas in health and fitness that you may not have a deep understanding of. This can make it challenging to navigate through the sea of information and find what works best for you.

Focus ON HABITS

Transform your daily routines by creating healthy habits that align with your values and goals, making it easier to maintain your progress over time.

Habits are compounding automatic repetitive behaviour. Change your values, systems and environment to make desired behaviours automatic. Create a habit register and develop strategies using 4 factors Cue, Craving, Response and Reward.

Movement MINDSET

In the Conductor phase it’s good to remember, compounding is Key, because success is built over time.

Doing the right things repeatedly will not show huge results instantly, but will build slowly over time.
