You will connect with coaches, professionals and a like-minded community to provide support and keep you accountable.
You’ll learn everything you need to know to get control over your health & fitness and develop the habits you need to grow beyond the challenge.
Oh, and you can 100% expect to push yourself outside your comfort zone to see what you’re really capable of.

Week 1 – Habits Beat Motivation
Learn to harness the Habit Loop (James Clear style) to build consistent routines that stick.
Week 2 – Embrace Imperfection
Clarify your Purpose and Priority. Replace negative self-talk and align with your “badass” identity.
Week 3 – Systemise Your Nutrition
Learn how to establish and maintain a calorie deficit or surplus and optimise your meals sustainably.
Week 4 – Systemise Your Training
Master the fundamentals of progressive overload, training intensity, and consistency.
Week 5 – Deliberate Practice
Break through plateaus by engaging experts, applying feedback, and refining your skills with intention.
Week 6 – Seek Discomfort
Push past comfort zones with mental and physical challenges — discomfort is the path to growth.

Why Most Challenges Fail and how PROGRESS CHALLENGERS succeed.
Motivation sucks, its temporary. You cannot be motivated all the time. So if you focus on “getting results” during those periods, it’s likely that your results will fade as soon as your priorities change or your motivation drops.
Instead, focus your energy on building the environment, relationships, skills and tools you need to build new behaviour or habits.
All meaningful results in life, fitness, relationships, finance, education etc come from the compounding effects of your habits not from the effort you put in during the challenge.
The Progress Challenge is for anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness and create sustainable lifestyle changes. It is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels who have made progress in challenges before but then lost it after the challenge ends.
